40 foot, 2008 Damon Tuscany 4056. 6 slides, with 30k miles. Always garaged in a climate controlled building or under RV port, when not on the road.Drives better than new. 100 no engine or chassis faults or issues. I am original owner, purchased it new April of 2009 . Full maintenance records and last annual was April 2022. Low miles are a weird story of us not being able to get out for long trips over the last 6 years. Lots of short trips 250 miles or less. Coach has always been put away clean and ready for next outing. All 6slides have toppers that are in excellent condition, no tears or rips. Dash AC does work and was rebuilt in 2018.

Drivers BIG window was repaired at RVFOG DR in July of 2021for fogging. Only other window with some slight fogging are the 2 dinette windows,

Tires are Hankook AH 12 with equal balance beads, installed Jan2015 and have approx. 7k miles on them since installation. They will need inspecting in jan 2023 but have ZERO damage to sidewall or tread areas

8.3 ISC; with factory DPF, DID not have from factory any other SCR or DEF systems. Starting batteries were replaced March 2022.
