Picked out our new RV this weekend, so this one must go. Dealer offered me 52,500 for it. Have sales agreement Would rather sell it to someone for a very good price. The Chateau is in very good condition with low miles and very light use. 158 Hours on generator and 6800 miles on the odometer. Everything works as it should. Always stored inside when not in use. You wont find a better deal on a gently used RV. It has all the standard option and we upgraded the to the leatherette sofa and seats. We also added the in motion satellite for watching cable while going down the road.
I am finalizing the deal with the dealership this weekend.
