2017 Four Winds 31W: Ford e450 with 32,500 miles and Onan 4000w generator with 370 hours. Both had recent oil changes. Brand new tires less than 1000 miles on them, brakes over 80 . Mechanically super sound. Overall it is in great shape. No Leaks.
Hydraulic leveling jacks. Interior includes residential fridge, 26 foot superslide, 3 TVs one over cab, one in bedroom, one outside , queen size bed, Slow Rise curtains, tons of storage inside and out, pantry, cab over bed, jackknife sofa, kitchen table that turned into a bed, three burner stove, full size microwave, upgraded 2000w inverter runs fridge, front tv and one outlet perfect while driving , 200ah deep cycle batteries.
All the extras: 36 gallon Rhino tank, everything needed to live in this RV from linens, outdoor equipment, kitchenware, maintenance, bike racks, one child bike, sewer hoses, cleaning materials, towels, etc. You will literally be able to pick this up with your clothes and not have to buy anything to get started. I probably invested 2 3K in "stuff" to outfit this RV.
