This RV is in excellent condition. I am the only owner. All maintenance has been kept up for RV, Roof, Generator, etc. I have had full mattress cover on the mattress and never used the bed above the front cab area. Safety plus was installed. The couch was always covered so there isn't any wear and tear on any of the seats. When you look at this coach you will think it is brand new. Tires were always covered and had the proper tire inflation at all times. I also had a front end alignment at a professional big truck shop. Any other questions just ask. I had to pick Philadelphia pa because Quakertown, pa was not one of the choices. It is located at our campground in East Stroudsburg right now. Thank You, Karen
