Slightly used Econo Porch, Model EHS 102 R, is 27" wide and provides the stability of the ground it rests on. Standard 7" rise, each step is 9" deep, and the half platform at top provides 16" of landing. The handrail is interchangeable to either side of the step. This unit comes partially assembled. Simply un fold and attach the 6 braces and handrail with inluded hardware. Overall height is 21" high. Only 55 lbs. total weight. Mfg'd by Stromberg Carlson Products. GREAT DEAL for half the cost!!!
